CHRISTMAS BIRTHDAY CARDS
Be sure to get the
word out a week to two weeks
before the party. Purchase
fill-in-the-blank invitations or order custom ones from
. You can also personalize your own like this one

If you have the time, it's fun
to make your own invitations. It's easy and especially fun
when you recruit the help of your child. Make shapes of
snowmen, gingerbread men or Christmas tree ornaments and jazz
them up with glitter, sequins, jewels and puff
If you have a cricut, you'll have a blast
with this theme! There are lots of great
holiday cartridges online.
One of my favorite yummy invitation ideas is to
bake up some good old fashioned gingerbread men. Decorate and
then print up the party details on small squares of paper or on
Christmas themed index cards.
Place both the cookie and note card
in basket wrap cellophane and secure by tying a red or green bow
at the top. Hand deliver or mail in a padded envelope.
Whichever invitations you choose,
once you have them and are ready to roll
, simply print the
party details on the back then slip into an envelope. Add funstickers to the envelopes
and sprinkle in some confetti
to top it off and there you have
great homemade invitations

Did you know I get to see my Grandbabies
in the middle of the week?
I head to the mountains on a Wednesday.
I work the hours I want to work.
I do this by writing about birthdays.
